Mahnkesche The mill is the last of the former over 20 wind mills in Stralsund. She stood near the dam on the complaints Mahnkesche meadow. Finanzierung
Seit 2007 wurden intensive Bemühungen unternommen, eine Finanzierung für die geplante Rekonstruktion der Mühle im Tierpark Stralsund zu finden. Der gesamte Finanzierungsbedarf beläuft sich auf 400.000,- €. Die Tatsache, dass sich der Standort für den Wiederaufbau der Mühle in einem Bereich des Tierparks befindet, der zur Gemarkung Kedingshagen im Landkreis Nordvorpommern gehört, eröffnete die Möglichkeit, eine Förderung aus LEADER-Mitteln zu beantragen. Parallel dazu wurde eine Förderung über die Norddeutsche Stiftung Umwelt und Entwicklung (NUE-Bingo) beantragt und zwischenzeitlich in einer Höhe von 40.000,- € bewilligt. Deutlich über 330.000,00 € controls the Nordvorpommern now in the LEADER program. District Ralf Drescher gave the funding decision to Stralsund Mayor Dr. Alexander Badrow under the Animal Park Festival on 5 July. The rest is provided through own resources and donations.
