excavation Bielefeld - Sparrenburg - Day 27 - last day 
Wow! So today is the last Grabungstag we spend on this dig!
morning we made ourselves comfortable finished - we need only take breakfast, lunch as we were invited by the city to eat in the castle restaurant!

excavation Bielefeld - Sparrenburg - Day 26 
This night was quite uneventful and went as the morning ritual as usual, except that today I took the bread from yesterday.

excavation Bielefeld - Sparrenburg - Day 25 Yesterday around midnight - I was almost asleep - suddenly goes right past our house before a fire! Miri wakes up frightened and called first "Help! It burns! "Because of the rain, pattering on the window really sounds like a fire!
Well, the storm wurde Gott sei Dank im Laufe der Nacht schwächer und hörte schließlich ganz auf, worauf ich dann endlich einschlief. 
Gut, dass wir heute erst um 7:30 statt wie immer um 6:30 Uhr aus den Federn mussten!
Halbwegs frisch und munter standen wir auf, Miri ging ins Bad und ich schlurfte in die Küche.
Dort aß ich eine Goldkiwi und schnappte mir zwei Schüsseln, Milch und Choko Krispies, die ich dann mit Miri zusammen verspeiste *mampf* 
Dann gings heute – sogar noch etwas später als geplant – los, wir beide nahmen eine Bahn später als die anderen und quälten uns dann zu zweit den Berg zum Parkplatz hoch, wo schon alle auf waiting for us!

Today again a short blog: In the morning everything as before, but as of today we have two excavators: Samuel and a woman whose name I do not know!
The weather today was so inconsistent, we took many breaks and only worked until about 14:30 clock. Then went Miri, Kathrian and I drink a coffee while the other two went to the hairdresser.

excavation Bielefeld - Sparrenburg - Day 23 Wow, kein Kater von gestern? Interessant. Naja, so betrunken war ich ja gar nicht...
Nun, heute wieder um 10:00 Uhr aufstehn, Müsli essen, Mittagessen kochen (Spätzle mit Käse-Sahne-Sauce), dann Einkaufen – uns war fast alles ausgegangen!
Miri und ich zogen wieder mim Einkaufswagen los, kauften alles ein und fuhren wieder heim.
Das Wetter ist eigentlich seit einigen Tagen OK, kühl aber abwechselnd Sonne und Wolken!
Ein kurzes Nachmittagsschläfchen und bald gibt’s dann Abendessen. Nichts besonders interessantes also. Morgen geht’s allerdings wieder um 6:30 Uhr aus the springs, therefore we are tonight, no more getting old!
excavation Bielefeld - Sparrenburg - Day 22 This morning's was already at 9:30 clock out of bed - I could sleep any longer, because the famine plagued me already! Anschließend, nachdem wir uns ausgepowert hatten, setzten wir uns hin und erzählten einige Witze. Schließlich war es so dunkel, dass wir kaum mehr die Hand vor Augen sahen und wir gingen wieder rein, wo wir Musik hörten, tanzten und Kathrina schließlich ihre Musikinstrumente auspackte. Wie machten Katzenmusik – jeder wollte mal alles ausprobieren – und waren erstaunt, dass the neighbors do not bleating! When the volume had the saxophone ...!

excavation Bielefeld - Sparrenburg - Day 21 Oh how beautiful it is to get up until 10:00 clock! Then walk around in pajamas all morning until it was finally to rouse to cook something and rumzuschlendern afternoon in the city!
